On May 11th, United Way of Erie County supported the Sandusky and Huron Letter Carriers in the annual Stamp Out Hunger drive for food. All the food collected remained in each community. In Sandusky, a record amount of 19,000 pounds of food was collected from local residents. United Way volunteers were on hand to help collect the food and load it onto vehicles for transport to New Day Resource Center and Care and Share. Thank you to all who participated.
