Ohio Benefit Bank Tax Clinics
From January through April 15th, United Way of Erie County collaborates with Goodwill Industries and other local agencies to provide free income clinics for low income individuals. United Way seeks volunteer tax counselors to assist clients. Please check back for a list of the clinic sites. The next volunteer training date in January 14, 2011 from 10:15a-3p at the Sandusky Library. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register. Familywize Discount Prescription Assistance
In May of 2010, United Way partnered with Familywize to offer discount prescription cards to individuals and families that do not have any type of prescription assistance. There are no exclusions to use the prescription cards.
