211 Training

Are there times when you get questions from Consumers looking for help and don't know how to help them connect to appropriate services or supports in the community?

This training will teach you:

• Quickly and effectively connecting consumers to information, appropriate services and supports in the community.
• Utilizing 2-1-1 effectively and efficiently to better serve consumers.
• Other large systems/agencies that serve consumers in Erie County.

Participation is limited to the first 40 registrations!

(Two future dates are June 4th, 2013 and October 10th, 2013, with locations to be determined.)
